I couldn’t be happier with my Amer-Ice trays. These silicone ice cube trays are hands down the best ice molds I’ve used. The large ice cubes come out perfectly every time — crystal-clear, solid, and ideal for whiskey, bourbon, cocktails, iced coffee, and even meal prep - and they're incredibly cute and patriotic! The flexible silicone makes for an easy release — no twisting, cracking, or running under water required. The cubes just pop right out cleanly without sticking. The no-spill lids are great; I can stack these trays in the freezer without worrying about spills or freezer odors. I also love how versatile these are. Beyond cocktail ice cubes, I’ve used them for freezing baby food, sauces, broth, and even protein coffee cubes. They’re freezer safe, dishwasher safe, and clearly built to last — the durable construction doesn’t warp or get flimsy like cheaper ice molds. They unfortunately had to cut out a couple states, but the overall shape works very well! If you’re looking for stackable silicone ice cube trays that make large, slow-melting ice cubes and release effortlessly, Amer-Ice trays are absolutely worth it. Five stars all the way!
