Works but falls short of expectations.

I mainly needed some heat that would not fall off my back when playing games with my granddaughter. This item meets that need. It is not as much coverage as I would like but it does provide. I do not feel any "massage" (or even vibration) from the device. That is a little disappointing but not essential for my needs. Summary: It works, could be larger, should have the "massage" as advertised BUT it is doing what I need. I would not buy it again.
