The order was accurately filled and we were notified that the device was delivered. The shipper stinks because even though our driveway had a little snow on it, the drivers don't know how to drive on a little snow and leave the delivery down by the road instead of delivering it at the door. The device itself is excellent and worth the investment. Experienced remarkable improvement in pain and mobility.
