My friend paid a couple hundred bucks for grounding sheets and I opted for this little grounding mat that I keep at the foot of my bed and I got to tell you I've never slept so good in my life... warning you will likely have drowsiness for the first couple of weeks as your body adjusts and your body becomes less inflamed, but I highly recommend you'll fall asleep weren't quickly and you'll stay asleep!
