If you are avoiding whey protein, this is the best plant based option. Clean ingredients and balanced. I've switched to aloha bars when I started to focus on balancing my blood sugar. The variety is great. The pumpkin spice flavor is listed as 'limited, but hopefully it will stick around. I recommend the variety pack if you want to sample the other flavors.
