I started adding 2-3 drops of rosemary essential oil to my regular shampoo for scalp health and hair growth. I can't say that I see some crazy changes or anything, but my hair is growing and I am not having any problems. I pump out the shampoo onto my palm and then add the oil. The smell is quite strong, which I don't mind because I really like the smell of rosemary.
