Product takes just as long to cook as any other POT. 3 cameras shows the delivery person actually throwing the product to my front glass door. A picture was never taken indicating delivery. ( HIS actions were and are not acceptable). I order 4 or more times a month. But this incident has made me look else where for my needs or wants. With All De Respect
