The change I needed!!

I am pre diabetic and I am in need of a surgery that I am at 20% risk of not surviving. If I can lose a substantial amount of excess weight, I can reduce my risk significantly. I have changed my entire diet except for my addiction to soda. I won't do artificial sweeteners because they have problems of their own. I realized that it's the carbonation that I'm after, not the sugar. So I have tried many different sparkling waters that I just couldn't stand the taste. However, the peach Sanpellagrino, I love!! I was drinking approximately fourteen 20oz sodas a week. In 2 weeks of using Sanpellegrino I've almost completely cut out all my soda and I can feel the weight shedding from my body. It is literally helping me save my life!
