The Morrell brand always hits the spot! Thinly sliced liverwurst sandwiches (w/mayo, lettuce, and light onion) have been a favorite of mine over 40 years, and Morrell has been the brand of my choosing every time! In our world of economic and livestock changes, Morrell hasn't changed its consistency or taste like so many other brands, and, it's still the historical and AFFORDABLE option!

I grew-up eating Braunschweiger (AKA Liverwurst), and love using it in sandwiches and various appetizers. John Morrell's brand has a consistent taste and texture. And the one pound package is perfect for my family. They do offer smaller amounts too, should you not need as much.

Weird review, but I was looking for something to hide my dog's medication in. This stuff is completely gross smelling and I would never eat it, BUT, my dogs act like it's the best tasting and smelling stuff on earth. For that reason, I give it the highest recommendation. You know when you're successful at hiding large capsules and pills to your dogs, it's a good day.
