This is a great shampoo my husband loves it. I don’t use a lot of 2-1 shampoo, however I looked at the bottle and its sulfate free and I have color treated hair and I gave it a try. it smells great lathered well and didn't strip any color from my hair. so for the men, its a great everyday shampoo, and the ladies, its a great once a week or for a quick shampoo/conditioner use. FYI my hair is thick and course and we have very hard water, and this product not only gives a nice clean feeling I didn't have to wash again for 3 days.
