Delicious meatloaf in gravy with buttery mashed potatoes. It is very quick and easy to cook in the microwave. This meal is a favorite of mine. The two meatloaf pieces are very meaty and delicious by themselves. They also make wonderful sandwiches for when I need to eat on the go.

Tastes great %26 large portion!

I was pleasantly surprised by the large portion %26 great taste for the value. Being a Southern girl, I just had to add a little bit of Ketchup to the top of the meat loaves before cooking (we prefer them w/tomato based gravy) %26 added a dab of butter to the mashed potatoes after cooking. Delicious %26 very filling meal for the low cost!
