I bought this because my 3 yr old cat is struggling with hairballs for days . Didn't want costly vet visit . She kept trying but couldn't get it up. Read reviews and decided to try it for $9. Cats need salmon oil as it so great for the coat and makes it's silky. I gave her about half a teaspoon over her wet food. ALSO, AFTER DOING RESEARCH IT HELPS WITH THEIR DIGESTION AND HAS ELIMINATED HAIRBALLS . I still brush her every few days.
