My Current Favorite Breakfast

Always loved the idea of overnight oats, but could never get into the texture of cold wet oats that aren't soft and just feel raw when you eat them. Because this is milled, it has the perfect texture! And it's lower calorie because you just add water to make them instead of milk. I add a spoonful of greek yogurt to mine and it turns out perfect. I top it with honey and frozen fruit. By morning, the fruit is defrosted and it's my current fave breakfast. I can't wait to try other flavors.

Great Base !

This is a great base for overnight oats. it's unflavored so you can do what you want with it and are not stuck eating the same flavor over and over. have not tried it heated up in microwave or anything just purely for overnight oats. consistency can be adjusted by how much liquid you add.

Oatsome overnight Oats with Chia, Flax and Hemp is exactly what I've been craving! I have purchased expensive cups of overnight oats at high-end coffee stores and wanted to make my own, but wasn't sure how. Now I can mix up my own by simply adding water, stir, and place in the fridge overnight. Eaten cold or hot from the microwave, the consistency is smooth and nutty. Topped with blueberries or my favorite fruit (or not), this is a hearty, well rounded breakfast. I have IBS and sometimes fiber can cause issues. No problems with this oatmeal, actually I feel better and my skin looks and feels great.
