Cowboy up and smoke that meat

Burns long. Burns evenly. Results in an excellent choice for long, low temp cooks - e.g., 20 pound brisket. I have smoked without reloading for nearly 20 hours with more than enough juice left to crank up the heat to clean my grill. No chemical fillers which means disposal is easy and no weird flavor on your food. I have used this charcoal in all of my competitive cooks and am very pleased. I think it performs better than the more recognizable brands. For example, there is less total ash at the end of a cook which suggests a more complete burn.

I use ready charcoal, added so.e of those big cowboy stule brisket. It is a great deal for the price. most of the other comparable are only 32 lbs. this is 40 lbs for under $20.00 ill order 2 more sets do ill be ready for smoking. Temperatures is great. consistently heat. nice chunks pieces

FINALLY used it today for a Mother's Day get together with my kids. All of the positive reviews I saw are absolutely true!! Burns great, smells good, great flavor to the ribeye steaks that my son bought for us! I just went out to put the grill away and it is actually still too hot, a good six or seven hours later!! Very happy with this purchase! The value is exceptional, compared to the amount you get, and the price of other charcoals. I won't have to buy charcoal for quite some time! Thank you very much!!
