I absolutely love these croissant breakfast sandwiches. But I learned a secret. I didn’t like them when I was cooking them in the microwave just doesn’t come out as nice as it does when you use an air fryer. My secret is I take it all apart lay all four parts on the bed of the air fryer and cook them separately. The bread comes out crispy on the outside fine on the inside, the egg is not overcooked. I put the cheese on the bottom part of the bread inside up and I put the sausage patty on a bit of a piece of paper towel to absorb any oils. Six minutes at 2:25 and they’re perfect. I have one every single morning for breakfast.
