This pill really works. I am ust two weeks in and I've already gotten complements on my skin. My hair has less fallout and my nails are healthier. noticed any discernible change from taking supplements except Folic Acid when I was preggers & now, biotin!! My nail health is sooo much better, they're stronger & growing like weeds! Yeah!! Hoping it has the same effect on my hair!
