I dont have any children but I buy these all theses all the time the protien content is higher per serving that regular tyson chicken nuggets same with fat and calorie content. Id like to think its partially due to less breading than regular nuggets. Better deal for the price, adults can eat dinosaurs too.

Don't be me...

These showed up as recommended items while shopping online. I had not bought these since my child was young so it was nostalgic to buy them. Tyson is a brand I buy many frozen foods from (chicken fries, tenders, sountry fried steaks etc. ). I used the recommended air fryer method for heating them up and set the timer for 10 minutes instead of the suggested 7. Don't do that, it makes them dry. (MY FAULT). Made another batch and cooked for 7 and they were perfect! Moist and meaty and it is not beneath me to dip their little heads in ketchup or honey mustard and take a bite. These are really good and actually fun to eat no matter your age! My photos show step by step from freezer to plate.
