Ayr Saline Nasal Gel was recommended to me by my great Allergy Doctor Professor, which I have been using it for many years now. It has Aloe Vera. I use it by squeezing it on a Q Tip and then inserting it in my nostril. Vaseline is not good. Ayr is gentle and lubricates my nostrils when sometimes are dry, and you do not get a bleeding nose.
