To use the RADIUS EcoClean Adult Home Compostable Floss Pick effectively, start by inspecting the floss to ensure it is intact and not frayed. If desired, rinse the floss pick with warm water for a fresh start. Hold the handle securely in your hand, positioning your thumb and index finger near the base of the floss for better control. Gently insert the floss between your teeth at a slight angle, guiding it back and forth carefully to reach the gum line without snapping the floss into your gums. Once the floss is between your teeth, curve it into a "C" shape against one tooth, allowing it to reach just below the gum line. Slide the floss up and down along the side of the tooth to clean away plaque and food particles. Repeat this process for each tooth, including the back molars, using a fresh section of floss for optimal hygiene. If needed, use the toothpick feature on the opposite end of the floss pick to dislodge any stubborn food particles or clean tight spaces, being careful not to apply too much pressure. After flossing, rinse your mouth with water or mouthwash to remove any dislodged debris. Clean the floss pick by rinsing it under warm water and following the recommended maintenance instructions. When the floss is worn or the pick becomes damaged, dispose of it in a home compost bin, where it will naturally break down over time. If composting is not available, discard the floss pick in the trash, but do not place it in conventional recycling bins. Following these steps will help ensure a comfortable, effective, and eco-friendly flossing experience.

Cmon guys we finally have a compostable option for a flosser, at a great price point no less, and you are all complaining about it! I dunno what the reviews about the string being too thick are talking about. I use these on each of my 4 children including my 18 month old and have had no issues with thickness of thread or durability (I don't use the pick end only the floss). So glad to have this option at Walmart and I highly recommend, I've purchased twice now and haven't had one issue.

I hope the company can make the pointed toothpick part more sturdy because the tip consistently breaks off with very light use and the floss can snag and get a bit fuzzy. The taste is good and it does the job. I'm grateful to find a healthier floss option at Walmart that is reasonably priced.

I'm trying to reduce plastic consumption but I enjoy the convenience of plackers, so I decided to give these a go. I have normal teeth and I know how to use the product properly, but the floss was just too thick. It was painful to force between my teeth and the floss often snapped.
