Handwriting Without Tears Cursive Kickoff 2nd Grade Cursive Handwriting Workbook, 104 Pages

We immediately tried this out! We have recently started introducing cursive for 2nd grade and thought this would be a great addition. The beginning of the book has writers practice their normal handwriting and then moves into cursive letters, then combining letters, and on to sentences. Great so far 👏

I currently homeschool but have used these books even when my children were in public schools. They are great to fill in the gaps that may occur during long breaks in school year. I now use them as my sole handwriting curriculum. We have finished the first grade books with my middle child so this was on the purchase list for the coming school year. This book does do a good print check up the first sections to make sure the child is ready before introducing the cursive. This workbook is 102 workbook pages,the first 29 are print work refreshers then they dive into cursive for remander. I have in the past made copies and redid difficult pages and I imagine I'll do that with the cursive writing. There is another 2nd grade print book if you need a little more work on that before this book(we have a copy to do first). I give this book series a 10/10. I have used it for my 5th grader most of his school years, rising second grader and my kindergartener. It has worked for my very different learners. I plan to be a repeat customer until they have graduated needing them
