Multi purpose mini cleaver style knives
These are very manageable seven inch long knives with somewhat thin blades for cutting and chopping small amounts of fresh herbs and soft to medium density produce, but not for larger foods or root vegetables. They are also good to use on cheese trays and charcuterie boards, looking much more attractive on display than a paring or similar knife would. Their cuteness stands out and will be commented on, which is what I myself first noticed about them.
