This stuff is great. I take it with lemon lime hydration packet and a 32 oz cup of water. It mixes well and seems to be doing its job. I use creatine for the neurological benefits more than for the workout benefits. I have a couple different types of creatine I take each day so this lasts me a month at once a day. Some days I take it in the morning and again in the afternoon.

I do feel the water retention is less and I seem to have a good boost of energy and mental clarity is better as well as Marlene muscle !
