I appreciated that the plastic eggs snap together snugly, however; egg hunters young and old had no problem opening up the egg(s). The egg is held together by a little plastic hinge, so your egg can easily be snapped back together without having to search for the other half! The eggs at 3.15" were the perfect size to hold any little treats or treasures. The eggs come in a sturdy box and when the eggs are left open to nestle inside of each other - they can easily fit back into the box and fit right into the cabinet where I keep Easter items. This is a great buy for the quantity, quality, assorted colors and features I outlined above!
