Instructions

Cooking directions:3 easy steps.1. Precook 1 - 1 1/2 lbs. of sausage or ham in 4 qt. saucepan. Ensure meat is thoroughly cooked (to 165 degrees F).2. Bring 3 1/4 cups of water and 1 tbsp. of butter or margarine to a boil. Add LA fish fry red beans and rice entree mix. Stir well. Boil for 2-3 minutes. Reduce heat to low.3. Cook covered for 25-30 minutes, stirring often. Remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
