Can't train without it!

I grab one or two chew packs before every run or bike and have them with me. Typically, I will have a half to one pack per hour and it helps sustain energy. The flavor variety is helpful for me so I don't get flavor fatigue! I use Honey Stinger EVERY DAY and am able to train hard because of the products!!!!

Stinger Energy Chews are a clean source of energy during performance. The list of ingredients is relatively short and certified organic. I like the fact that, in addition to sugar, they contain some electrolytes (sodium and potassium) helping to sustain muscle endurance on long rides. The flavor is great, making them appetizing even under physical duress. They're packed in a quantity that makes calculating calories per hour simple. Great product.

Good Stuff

I first discovered this product while hiking Glacier NP. I mostly use these for endurance biking, along with Honey Stingers. They have about 50 more calories than a gel shot, so I mix them in with the gels on longer rides. Also so nice that you can choose how much fuel you to consume at the moment because they are chews, or xoncume them over time as you are riding.
