Similar to West Africa chicken

I will recommend this hen to people from Africa. They eat chickens that are had with little or no fat. I understand why people are hating because they're not used to hard chicken. I saw many negative reviews here but my friend bought it and shared with me. After I decided to buy for myself. I seasoned it properly boiling for 1 hr 45 minutes then I dried the chicken in the oven for 45 minutes at 350 a390F. It's 80% similar to west African chicken which had little or no fat. Yummy but not exact.

I cooked this chicken in a oven bag as I always do my baking hen . This was the worst chicken I've ever tried to eat !! No flavor skin was like rubber and the meat was so tuff you couldn't even slice it , totally un edible !! The worst 10 dollars I ever blown !! Walmart needs to find a better baking hen that brand is awful, I will never buy another hen from here prices are to high for food to have to throw it in trash ! Ruined my Easter dinner…

Tough Bird

This hen was VERY tough! We have never had a chicken that was so tough it could hardly be cut with a sharp knife. The skin was difficult to cut through and the meat was VERY dense and so difficult to chew that we gave up. We don't like to waste food, but we are not sure what to do with her.
