Shake well before using. Apply a small quantity on a clean soft cloth then wipe scratches and nicks. Then spread over the entire surface. Wipe dry with a clean cloth until finish becomes lustrous. Avoid contact with carpeting, upholstery, curtains and other fabrics. Not for blonde finishes. If in question, test on inconspicuous area.

Lots of scratches and had lost all its shine/finish. No harsh smell, dark color was perfect match. I used a paper towel and glove to apply. Worked great! I will never use anything else!! It keeps its shine. As all the others took it away and made it even more dull than before.

Nothing else was right for the job.
My wife and I had to stain new lattice board to compliment the walls, after testing several brands of stain with no success we almost gave up. I was looking under the sink and found an old of "Old English Scratch Cover For Dark Woods" price on bottle was 89 cents, we tried it on the lattice board success! To avoid color match problems I ordered a new bottle, we used the whole bottle for the molding. I have attached pictures of the lattice board used and the results after the molding was installed.
