Okay…I was all ready to shoot this one down. I love Korma and lived in place where I could eat amazing authentic Indian cuisine weekly. When I opened the pouch and saw the thickness well my hope went up a notch. The seal to this deal was the taste and texture. It was just like I remembered. We have been experimenting with new international flavors for our family supper, and this Korma fit the bill. It is vary aromatic and flavorful. It is a mild to medium spice level. The cinnamon and cardamom are definitely at the forefront of flavor. I pairs well with rice. and fresh veggies. If I had had naan, it would have been a great addition. It's aroma and taste linger in a good way.
