Teenagers breakfast friend
I have one adult athlete and two teenage athletes who have been drinking this product for over 10 years. (All young men) A double shake gets them through 6 hour workouts for triathlon training, football and gymnastics. It's nutritious, quick and they love the taste. I enjoy the lower calorie version called fruitien.

My daughter and i love the taste. Unfortunately for me, though, its not gluten free, so i have to keep away. I wish they had the same taste in the new shakes which are soy free and with Xylitol.
