Great product, but the delivery was disappointing.

I have had this product before and it was excellent. Unfortunately, when my package arrived, the product was totally melted. The frozen ice packs to keep it cool, was also melted and warm. I took it into the house and placed in the refrigerator - which caused it to be one big hard piece. I will attempt to chop or grate the product to be able to use.
