I wear a 2X but the 3X fits me perfectly. I bought both the 2X and a 3X and soon I'll be able to wear the 2X due to my weight loss program. Call the quality of the material. The color was rich. The appearance exceeded my expectation if you're considering buying one in pink, you will not go wrong.

making better choices?

being allergic to animal proteins is not the easiest so having access to products that are nutritious, healthy, easily accessible, affordable AND taste great, well now thats a feat silk has achieved! Its great alone, or in mushroom coffee, its great on cereals, in vitamin drinks, smoothies, Ive found it delightful when slightly frozen then put in my food processor with berries making ice cream of a sort. So yes I absolutely do recommend this, and encourage it for a healthy dietary change.

Shipping container damaged

My only complaint is in the actual delivery process. When I have them shipped, several times the shipping box is damaged. Up until my last order, the cartons were not significantly damaged. This last one had 3 damaged cartons that were slightly crushed and had leaked significantly. I love the product, and only the delivery process is a problem.
