I just finished a round of antibiotics, and my doctor suggested these to help reestablish healthy gut bacteria. I waited until I had taken all of them to leave a review. Honestly, they seem to have helped. I don't feel as weak, I have more energy, and my bowel movements have been easy and consistent. I also take a daily fiber capsule. The MaryRuth's women's 40 probiotic capsules have really helped me bounce back. I will continue to purchase and take them.
