5 stars Perfect for premature babies took weeks looking online for a pacifier small enough for my baby that is a 26 weeker in the nicu who is out of preemie pacifiers, after a couple tries my daughter who is two pounds took this pacifier and loves it. It is so small and perfect for her little mouth and hands. The only one I have seen that caters to preemies. To me it's expensive for a pacifier considering the same brand of the bigger size comes int a two pack that is much cheaper. Other than that it's not one complaint that I have.
