I did not think that there was anything other than surgery for the relief of pain. I procrastinated on trying these thinking they would not work and I was proven wrong. They are easy to use and very comfortable. You will feel your muscles pull and your big toe ache a little. Definitely do not wear them for 8 hours your first time. You need to work up to it. Since I started using these daily (3-4 weeks since I bought them), I have hardly any issues walking the next day. I would be in so much pain it hurt to walk especially for extended periods of time, but not after 3 plus weeks of using these. I went for a 5 mile walk with my sister a few months back…… half way through I had to take my shoes off and beg for an Uber my feet hurt so bad 🤣🤣🤣. I went hiking last weekend and not once did I think about my feet.

These actually work you just have to be consistent lol and my only thing was adjusting to these thick things in my sleep it feels like wearing braces in my mouth again which I h8 but other than that they're alright with me! I had a somewhat bad bunion on my left foot. Never realized till now that my big toe sits pushed in to the other one whereas the right big toe sits away from my other toe when planted flat on the ground! Glad I caught it early bc bunions are not fun once they get progressively noticeably WORSE ok.
