Nice flavor

I haven't been using this long enough to know if my gums have improved but I really like this as a mouth wash. I was pleased by the mild flavor and unlike my last mouthwash that ruined the taste of everything I put in my mouth for hours afterwards, I didn't have the same problem with this mouthwash. I probably will buy this again just because the taste is so mild and pleasant with no alcohol or harsh inigredients that are going to give your mouth a jolt. I swish this in my mouth for several minutes while doing other things and there is no rush to spit it out like I do with other mouthwashes

I bought this oral rinse because I suffer from dry mouth. It makes my mouth feel clean. I wish you had other flavors because I hate mint. So I pour enough to the lower rim. Then I add cold water to fill to the top of the cap. This way it isn't as minty.
