I watched the Cuisinart tutorial on making dough and using the pasta attachments. I decided to buy them and am glad I did. I have made amazing fettuccine and spaghetti so far. Using OO and semolina tastes so much lighter and cleaner than store-bought pasta. My granddaughters love helping and I love the time we spend cooking together.

Easy to Use, hard to read

This really worked as one might expect. Be sure to roll dough as suggested in the manual so the roller can handle it. Both cutters worked well for me. My area for improvement is the labeling of adjustments on the roller. It's difficult to tell when set on 8 vs 6 vs 5 etc because the numbers are not black bold font. All in all very happy.
