This is not a great product for a lot of reasons. Here's my quick summary if you don't feel like reading all of this review: Quality: Bad Assembly: Frustrating Product description/photos: Misleading. Now on to the details. Let me start by saying that for $146, I wasn't expecting too much. Even then, I was still disappointed. Sometimes you can get furniture in this price range that is really quite decent, but this is not an example of that. For one, the quality of construction is poor. The wood is cheap particle board. It's flimsy and saggy. The pilot holes for all the screws are poorly aligned. The pilot holes are also not big enough in many cases, so putting in the screws is very frustrating. Construction is a pain. There are close to 100 screws/dowels that need put in (seriously), which as I mentioned is very frustrating since the pilot holes are often not big enough. It's also a pain to get the two doors to sit flush and square, especially when the rest of the TV stand isn't perfectly square to begin with, and the misaligned pilot holes cause misaligned hinges. There are also a lot of strange inconsistencies I've noticed with this product, which just goes to show that the manufacturer isn't too concerned about quality. For example, at the time of this review, the first few photos (which are actually computer-generated renders) show that the two doors sit "inside" of the frame of the TV stand, which looks quite attractive, and the description says that they're sliding doors. In reality, the doors are a bit longer, and they only sit "inside" the frame on the top and bottom, which doesn't looks as good, but is necessary because the doors do not actually slide, but rather they hinge (The real-life photos show the hinged doors). The accent panels on the doors are also shown inconsistently. In the render, the panels are perfectly centered. In one of the real life photos, they're offset towards the top. And in the photo on the actual box, they're offset towards the bottom. Yikes. Anyways, at the end of the day, this is a low quality product that would be an ok purchase maybe $85 or something, but not $146. I rate it 1/5 stars.
