Worth the money

My dietician recommended this supplement to help me lose weight. It turns out that people who are naturally thin have the probiotics that are found in this supplement in their gut. She also recommended I read a bunch of articles that support what she told me. I open a bottle of water, drink a bit, then pour this supplement in and shake it up. It doesn't taste like anything, but makes your water look cloudy. I drink this every day and it seems to be helping.

I would recommend

I’ve felt noticeably better since my second month of taking this supplement. It is pricy. It rather than one proprietary strain of probiotic, you receive several of those confirmed by studies to be of the greatest benefit (I researched before buying).
