ATN tab style diapers are the best diaper for medium size adult. I have a 31"waist and the medium is perfect fit with no leaks. The tab tapes stick well but I don't ever loosen retighten the tabs and when I need to wear for many hours after waking up I'll use a piece of tape to make sure they don't pop loose later. Thanks Tranquility for a quality adult diaper.
