I've been buying these for years. The cooking time is a little tricky. Definitely keep the sandwiches covered, and let sit for a minute to even the cooking. I put preserves on the bottom and sprinkle the egg with jalapeno/garlic seasoning. Hot, Sweet and perfect.

I love Jimmy Dean sausage. It is very good when you get it to cook in a frying pan, but the biscuit and sausage gravy bowl? It only works when it is microwaved. But when it is cooked, the sausage gravy isn't the same, and the biscuit becomes a wet lump. Not good at all; it was edible at least… but no… I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

Use the air fryer! Put the sausage and egg in, no preheat, no turn, 350° for 5 mins, at ~2.5-3 mins add your buns, when done do not remove sausage, place cheese on top and close air fryer for 1-2 mins for cheese to melt. They turn out pretty good! Same directios work for the griddle sandwiches too.
