Just delivered and setup

This is my initial review. 1) The shipping and delivery experience was excellent. The Walmart packaging was in pristine shape when left on our door step and a text was sent with a link a picture indicating the delivery. 2) The Hamilton Beach packaging was terrific. The box was shrink wrapped in clear plastic. The factory packed box was neatly taped and easy to open. The unit was clear plastic wrapped and very well protected in rigid foam. The 4 trays/pans were also well packaged and stored in the box. 3) The unit looks great and was ultra clean. 4) The owners manual was detailed yet easy to read, comprehend and written in 3 languages. 5) Everything on the unit felt sturdy and of quality. i.e. knobs and door. 6) The first trial 10 minute turn on was perfect; bright elements and virtually immediate high heat. This gave me the feeling that I made the right choice. I am looking forward to our 1st cooking experience tomorrow morning.

I didn't dislike it. I haven't used it yet. This is the second time I had to order this because the first order did not get here. I checked around the neighbors no one got it so I called back they said wait another day. I did and still didn't receive it so they refunded my money and I reordered it again. This time I got it today but haven't tried it yet. I buy one for my daughter every year so I know there good. Thank you. I order alot of stuff from Walmart and I am usually very happy with the fast service. So I'm not faulting Walmart for one or 2 incidents out of hundreds of deliveries. I will continue to order from Walmart. It's my go to store.
