My dog gets severe anxiety during thunderstorms and fireworks, and will pant up a storm. I have been trying several different body wraps and vests and the latest was this one by healers. I have the front module which comes in two pieces, and is very easy to attach to my dog. You can adjust it as needed. I liked it it's in two pieces and it has four areas that you can adjust from. Please consider your dogs measurements when ordering. Looking at my dog, I typically considered a size medium however, according to their sizing scale, my dog actually best fits the small. I also like that you are able to use this vest for other things, such as holding ice or heat packs on your dog which I would've never thought of to use this best for. I will be sure to try that for my dog who at times gets skin issues and needs some ointment applied , the best would keep it covered and keep my dog from licking the medication off. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the product. Good quality easy to wash.
