I'm fortunate to have a kitty that loves to be brushed, but holy cow this de-shedder makes her putty in my hands! She'll sit at the foot of the bed, right near her brushes, and meow at me. It must be like one of those headscratchers, but for cats instead. It picks up the undercoat really well which is perfect for summer months. You do have to clean it off as you brush, but it's super easy and you can just keep it in your palm until you're completely done.
