(12 Pack) Pacific Barista Series Original Soy Non-Dairy Beverage 32 oz

I originally purchased this Barista Blend soy milk thinking it was a shelf stable coffee creamer, which it is NOT! But, I tried it in other things and absolutely love it! Soy has fallen out of favor because many people seem to have allergies to it, but soy is one of the best, most nutritious plants on the planet. Regular soy milk, I can't tolerate at all! YUK! This has been skillfully developed to work well in coffee - which it does if you want - coffee lightener, foam, taste enhancement, but it is not sweetened so, it won't make it "taste good" as regular creamers do. I use it for everything I would use regular milk for - cereal, gravy, hot chocolate, the "cream" in homemade pumpkin pie - and it does all of it wonderfully!
