Table arrived early in excellent condition. We assembled it in about 5 minutes. Our walk-in pantry now has a safe food prep area. It is inside so no worries about surface rust. We clean it with alcohol base window cleaner, Sprayway Brand from WalMart, that dries quickly and sanitizes at the same time. The work areas, the bottom shelf, and under the shelves I applied PRO Poly-Gard Commercial Copolymer paint sealant to further protect the surfaces from all moisture and to make cleaning quick
