I was paying a lot more

this is soft fresh stock. the almonds have been blanched and have no bitter skins. it's ground to perfection. the beginning of great marzipan it is. good as is too.

This is the first review because no one is ordering this. The product is amazing, but this price is almost double the supermarket price. This price should be for a two-pack, not a single 7oz box.
