Used it once and checked it at 350 degrees F against the stove setting for a batch of cookies. It read the same as the display on the stove: 350 degrees.. If this thermometer is to be used as the standard for checking and adjusting oven temperature, a chart showing the accuracy of the thermometer over its entire range would be useful. Dial is easy to read, and the unit allows for versatile placement in the oven. I give it 5 stars for its one-time satisfactory results.
