Very good Ritz replacement

These are a wonderful gluten-free replacement for Ritz crackers. I have used them as toppings on casseroles with some melted butter and garlic powder, I have used them for hors d'oeuvres as well. This texture and taste are both very, very similar to Ritz crackers, just a tiny bit less buttery. I like the texture though on these. Very good.
