Horticultural Pumice 2 Qt., 1/4 In. Size Particle

Wash pumice thoroughly before using. My replacement for perlite. Great for my ariod plant mix indoors. The size of pumice is right, no uneven sizes. First time using pumice for plant growth and healthy roots. Ordered another one. Great product from a great company.

I took stars off for the pricing category. Because this stuff is expensive! Commercial growers have access to bags by cubic foot for probably less money than these 2 quarts but I have not yet been able to find any that I trust. Their are a lot of generic no name companies out their selling small rocks as pumice when it's actually rock or gravel or often times you might get perlite. If you can crush it with your fingers it's perlite. But I'm not saying these guys are waaay overpriced when you compare to competition. These are beautifully sized pieces never full of tons of dust and been using for long time they might be one of the more reasonably priced options for what your getting. The quality is fear and what's really awesome is they are a real brand that I can actually go grab at abuchons or home depot or Walmart (obviously) so I don't necessarily have to wait for an order of it to get shipped if needed quick, I can get it local. Which is rare. You can't get anything in this rural area I live in. There is no public transportation other than Uber (too expensive) we have one hospital for like 7 towns they have 4 buildings but just one hospital and the doctors rotate which offices they work in it's weird I never know which of 3 towns my doc appointments will be in. But anyway. I took stars off for price not because they have overpriced in like a cruel way. They are just keeping up with everyone else's prices for this stuff. In the last like 4 years planting houseplants or growing them has become SUPER popular hobby. Makes sense if they got stuck like me. Went from walking anywhere from 2 to 20 miles a day scared to death of driving or being driven and next morning I wake up and can't even get to my dresser across the bedroom before I collapsed gasping for air and have been bed ridden ever since. I was always on the go always moving working being productive walking 10 miles to church and 10 miles back home. Walking the trails with somne music on in the headphones. 5 years now trapped in this attic in this bed can barely move around the house before crashing.... I miss outside, life, green, trees plants the woods the mountains I grew up in running around though all the trails that go deep into it up and over the mountains. Finally I decided I'd have to just bring the outdoors in to me. It started I just wanted some good air purifying plants and always loved spider plants so wanted one if those. Pretty much the only hobby I can manage and that's even pushing it. Last month i lost 2 plants because i couldn't get out of bed to water them for 2 weeks. But my collection turned from a couple plants into 50. With a black thumb and no idea what I was doing I killed hundreds and hundreds of plants but now I have a huge collection I just don't even know what I'm gonna do with all of them in like 5 years when the vines all fully matured my spiders are in pots bigger than my 5gal pails. But anyway... Pumice love it ONLY THIS BRAND FOR ME
