WOW!!! These pans are the best! I tried out the smallest one by frying one jumbo egg. It was perfect. I heated up the pan at med-high, lowered the temp to med, put the egg on it and boomed! The egg was perfect. It slid right out. I'm throwing out my old warped pans. These pans will never warp or wear out. I can use them camping, baking, forever!
